Maria Antonietta Diaz

Maria Antonietta is active member of the following professional associations:  National Association of Accountants (NSA), National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP) and National Society of Tax Professionals (NSTP)

Maria Antonietta was Manager of Administration, Finance and General Services for TVC Satvenca, a leading company for the cable TV industry of Venezuela. For more than 15 years, she has performed as manager in diverse staff positions, and has supervised many start-ups, adquisitions of ongoing businesses, and sale-purchase transactions  for several industries.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting from University of Zulia (Venezuela) she started her career path in the external auditing arena working for the prestigious PriceWaterhouse and further with Ernst & Young. As a senior auditor, she had the opportunity to manage accounting systems and administrative processes audits for companies in divese industries like: oil, petrochemicals, banks, supermarkets and Small Business companies.

Maria Antonietta has stood out as community advocate. She is founding member of the non-for-profit organization Latin Women Empowering Latin Women, where she was key person for the expansion process in her former role as Director and Secretary of the Board. She was Coordinator of the first Directory of Business of the organization. 

Since 1997, Maria Antonietta and his husband Jorge reside in the City of Weston where they live with their two kids: Andreina and Jorge Jr.
