Rita Ramírez – Director of GBS Strategies
Rita Herrera Ramirez is Director of GBS Strategies, Inc. GBS Strategies provides services that our customers require to grow steadily in a highly competitive market. Rita conceptualized and developed the personnel management methodology called Organizational Genetic Structure – EGO ™, which seeks a complete alignment of interests of the employees with the company fundamentals and the comprehensive treatment of the individual, technically, personally, and emotionally in order to create an unique corporate culture.
She has been a consultant and trainer in leadership, motivation, image and customer service for consumer companies in Venezuela and USA. Rita graduated Cum Laude in Business Administration with emphasis in Tourism and Hospitality; she has also taken advanced courses in corporate leadership, management and administration for successful results-oriented personnel. For a little more than five years she taught different courses related to the area of Hospitality, Tourism and Services at New Sparta University in Caracas, Venezuela. She is also manager certified by Thomas International Industries and member of the global organization Human Resources Management.
Rita is an active member of the following associations: Broward International Women’s Club and Latin Women Empowering Latin Women. In the latter organization, she is the director in charge of the business section.
